The Ministry of Ecology and Environment issued a communique on the state of China's ecological environment in 2017,pointing out that the quality of the atmosphere and water environment in the country will be further improved in 2017,the soil environmental risks will be curbed,the overall pattern of the ecosystem will be stable,the safety of nuclear and radiation will be effectively guaranteed,and the people will feel the positive changes in the quality of the ecological environment.In view of the current severe situation of environmental protection,new models and new ways of water quality protection have become the focus of environmental protection departments.It is an important and necessary method under the current social situation to use modern information network technology to solve the current difficult problems of ecological environment protection mechanism and system and reverse the local deterioration trend of river and lake water quality.This paper studies the monitoring system of river and lake water quality based on GIS and EFDC model.Ai Xi Lake and Yao Lake are modeled by EFDC.The monitoring system of river and lake water quality based on GIS and EFDC model is realized by using JAVA,JS,HTML and CSS software technology.Establish a unified platform to achieve the environmental protection bureau government information management,e-government circulation,collaborative office management and information services,promote the core environmental management business information and business collaboration,enhance environmental monitoring capacity.Taking Ai Xi Lake and Yao Lake as monitoring objects,this paper constructs water quality model of the two lakes,and makes overall statistics and Analysis on the whole environmental business data,which provides data support for leading macro decision-making.The water quality problems of the two lakes have been improved by the detection system,and the water quality environment of the two lakes has been effectively monitored.By means of software technology,water quality management can be informationized,intellectualized and resource utilization can be maximized.Construction of environmental monitoring,management,procuratorial,law enforcement,emergency and service integration.
