At present,China's equipment manufacturing industry plays an important pillar industry in the national economy and social development.Machine tools,as the basic unit of equipment manufacturing industry,have a wide range of applications and huge energy consumption.With the increasing emphasis on environmental and energy issues,global manufacturing industries are generally attracting attention from global manufacturing industries due to high energy consumption,low energy efficiency,low utilization of resource materials,and unclear environmental protection.Based on the characteristics of high energy consumption and low energy efficiency during the machining process of CNC machine tools,the energy consumption of CNC machine tools is analyzed separately,and the energy-saving optimization method of CNC machine tools is explored to realize the green manufacturing of CNC machine tools.Machine tool energy consumption analysis is the basis for energy-saving use in machine tool production.Therefore,this paper firstly establishes the energy consumption function of each subsystem in the process according to the energy consumption characteristics of the components of the CNC machine tools and the correlation of the processing process,model.Then,the visual analysis and variance analysis of the influence degree and cause of the energy consumption of the machine tool were carried out.Finally,the influence of milling parameters on the cutting specific energy and energy efficiency of the machine tool was studied.Based on the numerical control milling machine,the numerical control machine tool power monitoring system is used to collect and monitor the time energy consumption of the machine tool in real time.By analyzing the experimental power consumption data,the rationality and reliability of the energy consumption model are preliminarily verified.The variation of milling parameters will also affect the surface quality of the workpiece.In order to accurately and reasonably evaluate and analyze the influence of milling parameters on the surface quality of the workpiece,the surface roughness analyzer is used to measure the surface of the workpiece,and the influence parameters are modeled and analyzed.In order to explore the influence of milling parameters on the energy efficiency,cutting ratio and workpiece surface quality of CNC machine tools,the single factor experiment and the orthogonal test of the milling of Cr12MoV die steel by CNC milling and step milling were carried out.Exploring the energy efficiency of the machine tool and the variation of the surface quality of the workpiece after changing the process parameters.The analysis results show that any increase in the milling parameters will increase the energy consumption of the machine tool,and the relative impact of the spindle speed is the greatest.To reduce the energy consumption of the machine tool,the main drive system of the machine tool should be avoided.From the perspective of machine tool energy saving,it is preferred to select a larger feed per tooth and the amount of back-feeding,and then select a smaller spindle speed and side-cutting amount to reduce the cutting energy of the machine;from the perspective of machine energy efficiency,Any increase in parameters will increase the energy efficiency of the machine.However,when selecting the milling parameters,the larger side knife amount and the feed per tooth are preferred,and then the appropriate spindle speed and backfeed amount are selected.From the surface quality considerations,the smaller feed per tooth and the amount of backing knife are preferentially selected,and then the appropriate spindle speed and side knife amount are selected.At the same time,it is necessary to consider the influence and research of the interaction between milling parameters on the surface quality.Considering the coarse/semi-finishing process in the machining process of CNC machine tools,firstly,with the goal of cutting specific energy,energy efficiency and surface roughness,an optimized mathematical model for the milling parameters of CNC milling machines for green manufacturing was established.Then based on the milling parameters as the optimization variables,the fast non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II)with elite strategy is used to solve the optimization model by using MATLAB language programming.Finally,the reliability of the optimized model is tested by verification experiments.The optimization results show that if the machining state is rough machining,the optimization parameters are reduced by 47.6%compared with the empirical parameters.The energy efficiency ? is increased by 46.7%;if the processing state is semi-finishing,the average roughness Ra of the optimized parameters compared with the empirical parameters is reduced by 203.9%.The parameter optimization of CNC milling Cr12MoV adopts the multi-objective genetic algorithm of fast non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II),which can effectively optimize the parameters in the process of mold steel processing,and provide reference for the design and application of CNC machining process parameters for green manufacturing.
