Spectroscopic Analysis Of N-alkyl Pyridine Tetrafluoroborate Ionic Liquid

The experimental route is to prepare EPBr by C₂H₅Br reaction with pyridine,PPBF₄ by NaBF₄ reaction with PPBr,PPBr by bromo-n-propane reaction with pyridine,PPBF₄ by NaBF₄reaction with PPBr,and the synthesis products are characterized.[EtPy]Br,[EtPy]BF₄,[PrPy]Br,[PrPy]BF₄,[BuPy]Br and[BuPy]BF₄ have good solubility in H₂O,CH₃CN,C₂H₅OH,CH₃OH,CH₃COOH,C₂H₃Cl₃ and other solvents.[EtPy]Br,[EtPy]BF₄,[PrPy]Br,[PrPy]BF₄,[BuPy]Br and[BuPy]BF₄ are insoluble or insoluble in C₂H₅OC₂H₅,CH₃COOC₂H₅,CH₃COCH₃,CCl₄,C₆H₁₂2 and other solvents.In water,ethanol and acetonitrile,the analytical peaks of PP-BF₄ were determined at 259 nm,260 nm and 260 nm respectively.Regression equation in water:y=0.02088X-0.01392,correlation coefficient R=0.99341.Regression equation in ethanol:y=0.01962+0.0192X,correlation coefficient R=0.9958.Regression equation in acetonitrile:y=0.01984X+0.024,correlation coefficient R=0.99403.The labeled recovery of ionic liquid PP-BF₄ in water ranged from 98.4%to 102.8%.Standard recovery of PP-BF₄ in ethanol:from 99.8%to 104.5%.The recoveries of PP-BF₄ in acetonitrile ranged from 96%to 101.3%.The analysis peaks of PP-BF₄,BP-BF₄,AP-BF₄,HP-BF₄,HEP-BF₄ and OP-BF₄ were determined in the experimental study at 1056 cm^-1.The linear regression equation of PP-BF₄ was y=0.01505X+0.00136,and the correlation coefficient was 0.99952.The linear regression equation of BP-BF₄ was y=0.022X+0.00254,and the correlation coefficient was 0.99953.The linear regression equation of AP-BF₄ is y=0.00201X-0.0043,and the correlation coefficient is0.99953.The linear regression equation of HP-BF₄ was y=0.00194X+0.00158,and the correlation coefficient was 0.99937.The linear regression equation of HEP-BF₄ was y=0.00367X-0.01168,and the correlation coefficient was 0.99935.The linear regression equation of OP-BF₄ is y=0.00191X+0.01716,and the correlation coefficient is 0.99954.In acetone,the recovery rate of PP-BF₄ ranged from 101.3%to 103.4%.The recovery of BP-BF₄ ranged from99.7%to 102.4%.The recovery of AP-BF₄ ranged from 98.4%to 102.2%.The recovery of HP-BF₄ ranged from 99.0%to 102.2%.The recovery of HEP-BF₄ ranged from 99.2%to102.9%.The recovery of OP-BF₄ ranged from 99.1%to 102.5%.
