Objective:Through the directional transformation of natural ginsenosides into rare ginsenosides, more pharmacological activities of ginseng were developed, and the chemical transformation pathways of Protopanaxadiol and Protopanaxatriol ginsenosides were explored.By calculating the strength fraction?IF?and strength ratio?RI?of the fragment ions, the structural ginsenoside isomers of Rf and Rg1,Rg3 and F2,Rh2 and CK were distinguished and distinguished. Methods:Use the 12-HPW as catalyst, ginsenosides with different structure types were transformed, and the structure of the transformed products was analyzed by hplc-hrms/MSN-liquid mass coupling technology.Based on the CID-MS principle, two dimensional collision-induced dissociation?CID?electrospray mass spectrometry was established to identify three pair of structural isomer of ginsenosides..Results:Ginsenoside Rb1 has ten different transformation products, which are:20?S?-and 20?R?-25-OH-Rg3,25-OH-Rk1 and 25-OH-Rg5,20?S?-Rg3 and 20?R?-Rg3,?20S,25?-epoxy-Rg3,Rk1 and Rg5.The transformation products of ginsenoside Rd are the same with that of Rb1.Protopanaxatriol ginsenoside R1 has ten different transformation products, which are:?S?-n-R2-hy and?R?-n-R2-hy,25-OH-n-T5,20?S?-noto R2 and 20?R?-noto R2,airless,9?S?-n-T5 and?R?-n-T5.Three pair of structural isomers ginsenoside Rf-Rg1,Rg3-F2,Rh2-CK were Identified.Conclusion:HPLC-HRMS/MSn liquid mass coupling technology analysis of conversion products has high efficiency and accuracy. The development of this method can provide reference for the analysis of ginsenosides with different types and structures in the future.According to the change trend of ion abundance of compound fragments with fragmentation energy, isomers can be effectively identified.2D-ms method can be used as a method to analyze ginsenoside isomers.
