And The Application Of UPLC-MS In The Determination Of Ginsenosides In Panax Quinquefolium L. | | Posted on:2012-05-28 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:Z N Ren | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2211330368958709 | Subject:Chemistry | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | A new certified reference material of ginsenoside Rg1, Re and Rb1 in Panax quinquefolium L. was developed and ceritified by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method and high performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) method. According to criterion of the national first class standard reference material preparation, the homogeneity, stability and uncertainty were studied respectively. The results showed that the homogeneity of the reference material of ginsenoside Rg1, Re and Rb1 in Panax quinquefolium L. was satisfactory. The one-year stability of the prepared reference material was suitable for the technical requirement of the national first class standard reference material. The prepared certified reference material can be applied in laboratory certification.A rapid analytical method for quantification of ginsenoside Rg1, Re, Rb1 and pseuoginsenoside F11 in prepared standard materials was developed by ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) coupled with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (ESI-MS) is described. The limit of detection (LOD) for 4 ginsenosides were all lower than 12ng·g-1 (S/N=3). The limit of quantitation (LOQ) for 4 ginsenosides were lower than 40ng·g-1 (S/N=10). The average recovery range of four ginsenosides were 94.0%-105.6%,91.9%-102.4%, 91.6%-102.6%,95.0%-102.4%, respectively, and the relative standard deviations were all lower than 4.57%(n=6). The results showed that the established method was rapid and reproducible and can be applied in the quality control of commercial products of Panax quinquefolium L. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | HPLC, HPCE, standard reference material, Panax quinquefolium L., ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rb1, pseuoginsenoside F11, UPLC-MS | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
