Perfluorinated compounds are one type of POPs that are artificially synthesized and are commonly found in environmental and biological media.Due to its biological toxicity,it has been included in the list of controlled pollutants. The detection method of PFCs is one of the research hotspots in the world today. However, due to the current research on PFCs detection and risk assessment in China,it is especially important to establish an efficient, green and sophisticated detection method. In this paper,an efficient analytical method for the determination of PFCs in different matrices was established.Based on this method, the levels and pollution characteristics of PFCs in meat, vegetables and farmland soils in some areas of Shandong Province were studied and risk assessment was carried out.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A method for the determination of 12 PFCs in meat and vegetables by matrix solid phase dispersion combined with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry was established. The MAX dispersant and anhydrous sodium sulfate were added to the sample, and the mixture was sufficiently ground and packed. The methanol was eluted, and the nitrogen membrane was bubbled through a 0.22 um organic membrane for high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry. The recoveries in the meat matrix ranged from 90.6% to 132.1%,the vegetable substrate was 88.7%-113.4%,the standard deviation was less than 7.9%,and the method detection limits and quantitation limits were 0.012-0.1266?g·kg-1,respectively.,0.04-0.422?g·kg-1,Pre-processing operation time is completed within about 1h,compared to saving about 15 h,to achieve the level of trace analysis of the sample.(2)Randomly selecting chicken, duck and pork from a farm in Shandong as the test object,it was found that PFCs contamination in poultry meat samples was more common, and 12 PFCs were detected in all three meats, among which PFCs in pork samples. The highest total content, followed by duck meat samples, chicken meat samples are the lowest. The concentrations of different PFCs differed greatly, among which the PFOS concentration was the lowest, the total concentration was 0.16 ng·g-1;the PFHxA concentration was the highest, and the total concentration was 61.24 ng·g-1.The health risk assessment results of PFOA and PFOS showed that the three meat hazard index HR were far less than 1,indicating that the potential health risks were small, and the current exposure level would not cause harm to human health.(3)Extend the established PFCs detection and analysis method to the detection of soil samples, select the farmland soil samples around an industrial park in Binzhou City,Shandong Province as the test object, and the four compounds of PFCs except PFBS,PFDoA,PFHxS and PFUdA are not detected. In addition, the other 8 compounds were detected to varying degrees. The total amount of PFCs ranged from 0 to 5.72 ng/g,of which PFOA was the main pollutant, the highest was 22.99 ng/g,accounting for 43.5% of ?PFCs.The average concentration of the nine detected compounds ranged from 0.01 to 5.75 ng/g.
