| The construction of sponge city will gradually become the integral theory of solving the water problems in cities,including the water ecology,safety of water and the water resource,and other problems relevant to water supply,and the construction is the great action of the nation to promote ‘the building of new urbanization’.However,many techniques and engineering problems are still under research,so,in the building process of sponge city,the assessment of operation of sponge city seasonable is the important measurement to ensure the smooth building of sponge city,According to this,this research is based on the research of operational supervision and demonstration project of water system--the topic based on research below: ‘the research of supporting system of running in sponge city--water quality monitoring program--monitoring program of Northern testing places of sponge city’,and with the purpose of making research of the changing characteristics in time and space,to provide evidence of the running of sponge city in Jinan.Through methods like collecting data and information,exploring on the spot,sampling water and making experiments,and determining the exploring spot、exploring programs and monitoring frequency,and we can analyze the changing characteristics in time and space by collecting different water samples collected in different spots for two years.The main conclusion goes like below:(1)Determining the monitoring scheme by exploring and collecting information.Choose different and typical underlying surface like the river(Liyang River and Yuxiu River),road(Shungeng Road,Yuhan Road,and Travelling Road),garden(Qianfo Mountain),and construction zone(municaipal Party committee,the previous Party school),and set 18 monitoring spots with the principals according to the strength of rainfall.Under the typical rain falling conditions(heavy rain,middle rain and little rain),and after the runoff begins,make samples 2 times every 30 minutes,and sample each time in 30 minutes later,and accumulate to no less 6 times.According to the local pollution situation,sampling 16 projects of the river,and 12 projects for road,garden and construction area.According to the situation in Jinan city,the IV type of surface water is determined as the standard.(2)Analyzing the characteristics of water quality changing of different underlying surfaces.Among these,COD、of road river and stream of rivers,and oxygen consumption、total phosphorus amount、 total nitrogen amount、ammonia amount and suspended substance amount is larger than other three underlying surfaces,especially the suspended substance amount is the most of the surfaces monitored.In the river,the ammonia amount and total nitrogen amount is the highest,the data of sunken green space and ecological ditch are the lowest,and seepage module is the medium.Other data does not pass the standard.(3)Analyzing the changing characteristics in time and space between different underlying surfaces,including analyzing different characteristics in 2017 and 2018,and the changing characteristics changed with the time,and changing characteristics of different sampling time.The conclusion goes like this: 1)Apart from some typical data,the data collected reflects that the water quality in 2018 is better than 2017,and that conclusion illustrates that the building of sponge city should have periodicity,especially in sunken green space and ecological bitch,the effect should be reflected by time passing;2)According to different places and time of collecting samples,the water quality has the trend of being better,but the overproof data is mainly the total nitrogen amount,and in some other spots,the ammonia amount and the total phosphorus amount is overproof;the polluting data in original runoff is higher,and with the rain falling,the potency keeps declining,and this fits the theory of initial scouring effect.(4)Analyzing the changing relations between different data in different spots,and the conclusion shows that the main stream of the river is the main source of pollution of COD,suspended substance amount,etc.From the 2 years’ tracing monitoring,and after making samples of 23 times,finishing18700 tests of data,and analyze and criticize on the water qualification of different underlying surfaces in different periods of time,we make the initial running assessment of sponge city’s running,to provide effective data support and reference to the performance evaluation of sponge city building. |
