It is very important to study and predict the physical properties of polymer materials in different environments.Because temperature and mechanical stress can greatly change the properties of materials and affect the molecular structure of materials,it is important to study the creep properties of polymer film materials by studying temperature and stress. This study designed a creep test system capable of creep test under different environments(temperature, tension),using photoelectric sensing technology to achieve creep characteristics test. The system consists of a temperature control system,a stress loading system and a tensile length detection system. The temperature control system uses a PID control heater to measure the temperature in real time through a thermocouple,so that the temperature in the incubator is kept at a set value. The inside of the incubator is divided into two communicating spaces by the separating plate, and two small holes are dug in the base to form a gas circulation channel. When the heater heats the air,the fan in the incubator directs the flow of hot air to maintain a constant temperature throughout the incubator.Stress loading Using the principle of leverage,a stress-loading device consisting of upper and lower clamps, traction lines, pulleys and weights is designed to change the stress by changing the mass of the weight. The stretch length is collected by a data acquisition system consisting of a photoelectric sensor,ADS1115 and STM32 and simply processed, sent to a computer, and the creep curve is displayed on the computer. The creep detection system designed in this paper is used to study the combined effects of temperature and mechanical stress on polymer film materials. The obtained creep curves verify that both the elevated temperature and the increased stress can affect the creep rate and final shape of the material. In order to test the effectiveness of the system, three sets of creep tests were designed from different temperatures, stresses and materials, and the corresponding creep curves were obtained. The creep curve obtained by the experiment shows that the system is feasible to test the creep properties of the film material, and the system is simple, easy to operate,energy-saving and efficient.Figure [35] Reference [56] Chart [6]...
