As a part of the corporate function strategy,financial strategy is a long-term and overall planning of the company’s financial resources,occupying a very important position in the overall strategic system.A good financial strategy helps the company to achieve a reasonable allocation of financial resources,provide stable and secure financial support for the sustainable development of the enterprise,and thus promote the realization of the overall strategic goals of the enterprise.Benefiting from the encouragement and support of national policies,China’s environmental protection industry has maintained a relatively fast development rate in recent years.The "13th Five-Year Plan for Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Industry Development" clearly states that by 2020,the policy system for the development of energy conservation and environmental protection industries will basically take shape,and the energy conservation and environmental protection industry will become a pillar industry of the national economy.In this context,environmental companies are facing tremendous opportunities for development.At the same time,due to the complex and ever-changing external environment,as well as the financial characteristics of its own large investment amount,long investment recovery period and unstable income,environmental protection enterprises also face many risks and challenges.Therefore,environmental protection enterprises should clarify the importance of financial strategy,cooperate with the implementation of the overall strategy,formulate a reasonable and feasible financial strategy based on internal and external environmental changes,provide financial support for enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises,and promote sustainable development of enterprises.This paper selects the typical enterprise of environmental protection industry as the case study object.It adopts the literature research method and case analysis method,combined with the relevant theoretical basis of financial strategy,based on the analysis of macro environment,industry environment and internal environment,expounds the overall development strategy of the enterprise.And to specifically explore its investment strategy,fundraising strategy,profit distribution strategy,and in-depth analysis of the effectiveness of the three major strategies and existing problems.Based on the case study of Qidi Sander’s financial strategy,it provides some experience and enlightenment for the formulation of financial strategies of other companies in the industry.That is,the formulation of financial strategy should be guided by the overall strategy of the enterprise,and the investment expansion of the whole industry chain needs to grasp the investment opportunity.Broaden investment channels to meet capital needs,profit distribution,and management and shareholder interests.At the same time,this paper gives some suggestions for the optimization of the current financial strategy of Enlighten Sander: moderately slow down the pace of investment expansion,pay close attention to the company’s financial risks,and continue to maintain low cash dividend distribution.Finally,based on the above analysis,the conclusions of the full text are summarized,and the prospect of financial strategy research is put forward.
