This article introduced the development of the induction.Base on the theory of induction,it introduced the working principle of induction.The design was according the principle of induction,and did the performance test when the board was finished.The induction used the high frequency alternating current to produce the alternating magnetic field when it ran through the coil.Alternating magnetic field in the bottom of a ferric pan generated induction current named eddy current,which caused the pan to heat with high speed.The induction had a series of advantages such as heating speed,high efficiency,uniform heating,sanitation,environmental protection and energy-saving.Induction was one of the household electrical appliances which developed quickly and the market growth rate was highest at the present.Base on the theory of induction,the article described the hardware system of 5KW induction.It described the principle of each circuit.The circuit such as the topology,driver,SMPS,protection circuit was contained.The technology of the topology was half-bridge.It solved the problem of small power output.The circuit of monitor and protection could protect and control the induction system.The induction could get a good performance.The induction was the heating cooker with electromagnetic wave.The EMC was difficult.In the future,low radiation and high efficiency would be the direction.According the standard of EMC and the design of the induction,the source of interference was detected.According the interference of conduction and radiation,found a solution and added a resistor between the induction board and ground.Each circuit and system performance was tested.The induction could get the maximum power 5KW.Each burner could get 4KW and independently.The power setting and power output was linear.The EMC test could get the standard.The system was safety and reliable.
