Ag-bearing antibacterial duplex stainless steel is attracting more and more attention due to its excellent comprehensive properties and good antibacterial effect.It can be applied to areas with antibacterial requirements,such as medical devices and marine equipment.2205 applications of duplex stainless steel are commonly used,accounting for more than 80%of the total consumption.If it can give them antibacterial properties,it is conducive to promote the development of duplex stainless steel materials.Therefore,in this paper,Ag-bearing antibacterial 2205 that silver content is 0.07%and 0.10%was prepared by adding a Cu-Ag alloy,and the former was solution-treated under 1050 ?,1075 ?,1100 ?,1125 ? and 1150 ?,At the same time,Cu-bearing 2205 and base material 2205 were used as contrast materials.The microstructure of the material was analyzed by OM,XRD and SEM.The mechanical properties and corrosion resistance were studied by tensile test,hardness test and electrochemical method.Meanwhile,the antibacterial effect was tested by film mulching.Microstructure observation showed that,with the increase of solid solution temperature,the increase of a of Ag-bearing antibacterial 2205 that silver content is 0.07%,refining of ? after coarsening,? and ?2 are reduced.At the same solution temperature,with the increase of Ag,2205 of a is refined,y and ?2 are reduced,a is increased.Ag-bearing antibacterial 2205 contain Ag phase,the micron level Ag phase is distributed sparsely in a and the boundary of a/y phase,and the increase of solid solution temperature will promote its dissolution.The dispersion of Ag phase in nanoscale is distributed in y.The mechanical properties test shows that the Rockwell hardness and tensile strength of Ag-bearing antibacterial 2205 that silver content is 0.07%first descend and then rise,longation increase all the time with the increase of the solid solution temperature.When the solid solution temperature is 1150 C,its comprehensive mechanical properties are the best.At the same solution temperature,the Rockwell hardness,tensile strength and elongation of 2205 enlarge with the increase of Ag.The corrosion resistance test showed that with the increase of solid solution temperature,the corrosion current density of Ag-bearing antibacterial 2205 that silver content is 0.07%in 3.5%NaCl solution decreased,the stability of passivation film increased,and the corrosion resistance enhance,after solid solution treatment at 1125 C and 1150 C,the corrosion resistance is better than that of the base material 2205.Adding the Ag will reduce the corrosion resistance of 2205 at the same solid solution temperature,and the corrosion resistance of the material will be further reduced with the increase of Ag content.Adding a small amount of Cu will enhance the stability of the passivation film and improve its corrosion resistance.In a bacterial environment,the corrosion resistance of Ag-bearing antibacterial 2205 that silver content is 0.07%that after 1150 solid solution treatment is the best,Ag-bearing antibacterial 2205 that silver content is 0.10%take second place,The Cu2205 is poor and the base material 2205 is the worst.The antibacterial performance test shows that with the increase of solution temperature,the antibacterial effect of Ag-bearing antibacterial 2205 that silver content is 0.07%increased.When the solid solution temperature more than 1075 C,it has excellent antibacterial properties;when the solid solution temperature is 1050 C,it has the antibacterial effect.At the same solution temperature,the increase of Ag content can increase the antibacterial rate of Ag-bearing antibacterial 2205.Two kinds of Ag-bearing antibacterial 2205 has excellent antibacterial properties,Cu-bearing 2205 and base material 2205 without antibacterial effect.
