| With the rapid development of domestic economy,CNC machines are widely used in manufacturing industry.According to the latest data,there are tens of millions of CNC machines in China,and hundreds of thousands or even millions of CNC machines are added every year.Therefore,a large number of CNC machines need maintenance and repair.At present,the electric faults of CNC machines are mainly detected by multimeter,which has the advantages of simple operation,low requirements for testing tools,and the disadvantages of long checking time,high requirements for troubleshooting personnel.So,it is necessary to explore a more efficient method of troubleshooting,to reduce the degree of dependence of highly skilled personnel,to realize the rapid and intuitive detection of electrical faults of CNC machines,and to guarantee the continuous production of the enterprise.In this paper,the typical electrical system of CNC machine is taken as the research object,and the time model of electrical fault checking based on Markov discrete probability is established;by analyzing the parameters of the time model,we find the key factors that affect the time of troubleshooting;based on the key factors,it is proposed to quickly identify fault points by using the luminescence characteristics of EL wire,so as to reduce the total time of troubleshooting.Then,the luminescence principle of EL wire is studied,the thermal effect and service life of EL wire are calculated,and the thermal effect and service life of EL wire are compared with that of common industrial wire.It is concluded that the physical properties of EL wire can meet the requirements of application.Therefore,it is feasible to visualize and efficiently check the electrical faults of CNC machine based on EL wire.At the end of the paper,the author applies this theory to practice and solves the problems of power matching,driver access,E1 wire connection,and so on.Then,the fault test is carried out.Through virtual interface and physical connection,the typical single circuit,and multi-circuit are verified to show the fault expression when using EL wire.At last,the efficiency test is carried out.In the typical single-point fault and multi-point fault,the troubleshooting time by using the traditional multimeter and EL wire is measured,and the test data are analyzed.It is concluded that EL wire technology has a significant advantage in troubleshooting electrical faults of CNC machine. |
