Financial Shared Service is the reformation of management thought under the impetus of modern information technology and global economic integration. It is effective in promoting the standardized operation of enterprises. So far,it has been proved to be the best way to achieve the transformation of financial functions in enterprises.Under the background of rapid development of information technology and economic globalization,J Group,a large private enterprise among the top 500 enterprises in China,is in the midst of mergers, acquisitions and cross-border investments. The traditional financial control mode, which is based on accounting, can no longer meet the needs of the development of J group. The transformation of financial function in the group is imperative. In order to meet the needs of the development of the group, and to achieve the transformation of financial function,J Group began to construct the financial shared service model since the beginning of 2017.In the process of constructing financial shared service mode,J Group is faced with several issues, such as,how to realize centralized accounting and information sharing, how to realize the integration of business and finance, how to promote the function of management accounting, how to realize centralized capital management without weakening the enthusiasm and:flexibility of subsidiary companies.Firstly, this thesis adopts the method of literature research. On the basis of studying the achievements of scholars on the theory of financial shared services and financial management and control of the group, the integration of business and finance, the relationship between financial shared service and financial control in the group is analyzed in details.Secondly, this thesis adopts the methods of case study, experience summary and investigation.By selecting J Group as case study object,on the basis of summing up the experiences and lessons of the reform of financial control mode in J Group, the present situation of financial control in J Group, the existing problems and their causes are analyzed concretely. Finally, this thesis adopts the methods of qualitative analysis and model analysis.Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of constructing the financial shared service mode of J Group, this thesis makes a thorough analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the financial management and control of J Group, and puts forward the target orientation and design principle of J group to construct financial shared service mode,as well as designs and constructs the unique "three center" financial shared service mode for J group.Through the research on the relationship between the integration of business and finance and the financial control of J group, this thesis draws the conclusion that "the key to implement financial shared service in the group lies in several factors, such as the integration of business and finance, and the interaction between the integration of business and finance and the financial shared service, which complements each other, constructing a new model of financial management and control that constitutes the integration of business and finance" which enriches the research on financial shared services and financial control theory of the group.Meanwhile, this thesis designs and constructs the "three-center" financial shared service model for J Group, and solves the problems existing in the financial control of J Group fundamentally. Finally,by the author 's participation in the implementation process of the financial shared service model of J Group, this thesis provides an operational implementation measure and guarantee mechanism for realizing the integration of business and finance and financial shared service in the group.
