Since ZTE established the first financial sharing service center in China in 2005,the sharing service has been growing and entering the golden period of development in the following ten years.The development of financial sharing model in China can be roughly divided into two stages: the embryonic stage and the prosperous stage.As for the former stage,its time roughly starts from 1990 s and ends around 2010,which is the embryonic period of financial sharing mode in China.In this period of time,with the reform and opening up of Chinese mainland,a large number of foreign-funded enterprises have entered the market expansion.As an advanced management means,the financial sharing model has also been brought into China.In order to facilitate the docking with foreign enterprises,it has gradually been accepted by large local Chinese groups.Since 2000,the successful landing of a large number of well-known Chinese enterprises' financial sharing centers such as Ping An and ZTE has marked that the financial sharing model has gained a firm foothold in Chinese business circles.After 2010,the degree of economic turmoil has intensified day by day.Enterprises that have established financial sharing centers are no longer satisfied with the basic functions of financial sharing mode in the face of increasingly severe market competition environment.They begin to further explore the financial sharing mode,and begin to combine the concept of financial integration with the financial sharing mode to explore its potential in depth,which also marks the arrival of the prosperity period.Among these enterprises,the performance of AG Group is particularly eye-catching.In order to meet the new demands and goals such as improving business efficiency,simplifying process,strengthening internal control and reducing operational risks,AG Group put forward the "dual mode" concept of financial sharing mode based on industry and finance integration mode.This paper is to study the implementation method and effect of "dual mode" of AG Group.In this paper,firstly,the concept definition and theoretical basis of financial sharing and financial integration are described in detail,and the basic context of this paper is summarized.Then,a detailed analysis of the specific case of AG Group is carried out.The first step is to explain the background of the implementation of the new financial management model of AG Group: the reasons for the two reforms before and after,and the advantages and disadvantages brought by each change of financial management model;The second step is to discuss the new financialmanagement mode,that is,the implementation mode of the second reform,from six aspects: doing a good job in construction planning,strengthening system construction,building a new business processing mechanism,building a communication platform,perfecting system construction,and improving staff level;The third step evaluates the implementation effect of financial sharing in financial management,staff quality,risk control,resource allocation and value creation,and points out that the key factor of its success is based on its compliance with the law of enterprise development and the successful establishment of a fusion framework.Finally,it draws conclusions and prospects on the necessity of financial sharing and financial integration,the advantages of financial sharing under the financial integration model,and the key points of its implementation.The research holds that: first,the combination of financial integration and financial sharing is the inevitable way for enterprise development;Secondly,the integration of industry and finance has its unique advantages under the mode of financial sharing;Thirdly,to realize financial sharing under the mode of financial integration needs the multi-support of technology,system and personnel.
