Multiphase flow exists widely in the daily life and the economic production.The measurement of flow parameters is of great significance to the practical application and theoretical research.Flotation pulp is a gas-liquid-solid multiphase fluid,its internal flow process is very complex and its parameter measurement is very problematic.Basing on multiphase flow detecting theory,the study carried out an exploratory research on motion parameter measurement in froth flotation process and the flotation bubble measuring system was designed.First,this thesis introduces the background of researching on froth flotation process and the current research process of multiphase flow measurement.Then,it introduces the froth flotation process and gives the principle of cross-correlation velocity measurement along with the application of the micro-capacitance detection technology.Finally,it completes the work of validating the research scheme.The micro-capacitance detection system consists of the segmented capacitive sensor and signal sampling circuit.The signal sampling circuit consists of the power supply circuit,the excitation signal generating circuit,the small capacitance detection circuit,the 4-20mA circuit and the peripheral displaying and serial communication circuit.The program of the micro-controller is responsible for signal sampling and communicating with the host computer.After the host computer obtains the data sampled,the MATLAB procedure is responsible to realize the measurement of bubble rising velocity through calculating the delay time of the random signal of the upstream and downstream sensors and to storage data.In order to verify the performance of the system,several experiments had been carried in the industrial field.Through analyzing the data,it proved that the signals have obvious correlation when the distance of the upstream and downstream sensors is 80mm.The result shows that the combination of the micro-capacitance detection system and the cross correlation velocity measurement technology is an effective approach to get the motion parameter of the bubble in the flotation ore pulp and the proposed system is of certain applicative value for industrial production and optimization.
