With the development of modern industry, industrial technology has brought great changes to the social economy and human’s life and created a more convenients and more comfortable way of life, but, at the same time, it also brought a lot of environmental problems, especially the problem of water. Water is the source of life, in recent years, the problem of water pollution has pollution attracted the attention of the central government and the State Council.The problem of water pollution, has been crunch time, and must be solved right now.Aiming at the problem of wastewater treatment, this paper put forward a flotation technology in water treatment which was rarely used in the domestic. With the advantages of simple equipment, less pollution in second time and good effect, flotation has always been of concern. But as the key point to the flotation, the Micro-bubble generator has been payed attention.This paper firstly state the current situation of the development of flotation technology in domestic and abroad to know the basic situation of the flotation technology.a few in the domestic flotation technology in water treatmentThis paper has made a brief introduction about the flotation’s foreign and domestic history of research and some industrialization use cases. Introduced several newly micro-bubble generators’working principle in detail. And then,put forward the design ideals about the self-sucking rotational-flow micro-bubble generator.This paper firstly describes the working principle of self-sucking rotational-flow micro-bubble generator. Based on the theory proposed groups of structure parameters may affect the working performance of the micro bubble generator. Secondly simulating the inner stream by FLUENT software,changing the lumen diameter inlet diameter and outlet diameter respectively based on monofactor principle, comparing the result and selecting the best parameters. Lastly performing a clear water experiment with the fabricated micro-bubble generator and checking its working performance.This research is supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China.The study of this micro-bubble generator is beneficial for the practical application.
