Machinery manufacturing industry is an important supporting industry of national economic development,the industry's development speed and quality determines the level of national industrialization.The advance of a country's economic,society,people living standard depends on manufacturing.Therefore in many countries,how to promote and accelerate the development of machinery manufacturing industry has become the top priority of speeding up the economic development and enhancing the comprehensive national strength.China in the field of manufacturing industry development lags behind that of Europe and the United States and other industrial powers for a long time,the development of numerical control machine tool technology is an obvious example.Machine tool as an indispensable tool in machining,to a great extent,promotes the development of the manufacturing industry.Nc machine tool as a kind of a program control system of machine tool automation equipment,has strong adaptability,high machining accuracy,high degree of automation,referred to as"industry aircraft carrier" of modern processing and manufacturing.Therefore,How to accurately measure error on CNC machining,how to differentiate the processing error,how to establish the corresponding error model and how to carry out error compensation,etc will become the focus of our research,to promote the development of China's machine tool has important meanings.XYZ nc machine tool as the research object in this paper,on the basis of nc machine tool machining center structure,we respectively set up reference coordinate system of assembly error,operation error,transfer error and thermal error and analyze the error of the corresponding expressions from the several main aspects,and then establish the XYZ type nc machine tool space error model;Through the error of the measured data,analyze the fitting positioning error of nc machine tool and,analyze the nc machine tool's reliability and sensitivity of machining accuracy through FOSM,AFOSM and verify it through Monte Carlo method;On the premise of the actual operational,put forward the method to improve the machining accuracy of nc machine tools;Finally,in order to reduce the manufacturing cost as objective function and establish the corresponding constraint conditions,optimize the parame-ters of nc machine tool.
