With the development of mining,ore mining has been shifting from ground to underground gradually.The scale of underground mine grows larger and super large underground mine appear.Inferior transportation efficiency of mine locomotives limits capacity of mine to improve further.How to improve the transport efficiency of mine locomotives has become a hot problem for many experts and scholars.On account of the current situation of manual moving turnout and the characteristics of rail haulage,designing an intelligent control system for the dispatch of locomotive appears very important.Scheduling strategy is divided into two parts:path planning and task assignment.In the path-planning part,the Dijkstra algorithm is improved by adding taboo lists and modifying adjacency tables,which can calculate the turnout sequence.The task assignment is separated into loading point assignment and discharge point assignment.The objective of the loading point assignment is reducing the locomotive quantity and increasing the transportation efficiency.Meanwhile,calculate the number of locomotives and select the interval of locomotive dispatch and the loading point.The discharge point assignment ensures minimum energy consumption and avoids a transport level by joining priority queue.Petri net is used to model the locomotive transportation system,which proves the security,feasibility and effectiveness of the scheduling strategy.The simulation results show that the path-planning part can ensure the safe transportation of the locomotive and reduce the transportation energy consumption.The loading point assignment can guarantee the continuity of the transportation work and the minimum consumption of the resources.The unloading point assignment can effectively reduce the energy consumption of the ore mining.The software of mine locomotive intelligent control system is designed and realized.The system runs stably in the mine production,ensures the production safety,improves the production efficiency,saves the energy and reduces the production cost.
