Coal mine underground rail locomotives bear the role of auxiliary transportation of coal mine production,is an indispensable part of coal mine production,at the same time,enterprises in the coal mine underground rail locomotive transport consumption of a lot of money and manpower.Therefore,it is of great significance to monitor the transportation process of underground rail locomotives in coal mines,to ensure that the staff grasp the vehicle inf-ormation in real time,and to reduce the transportation cost through reasonable dispatch.In view of the insufficient monitoring of underground rail locomotives in coal mines,this paper designs a monitoring and dispatching system for underground rail locomotives in coal mines.The system consists of a perceptive layer,a transport layer and an application layer.The perception layer consists of mobile nodes and sub-base stations:mobile nodes are mainly arranged on the underground rail locomotives of coal mines,from the base stations on the walls on both sides of the track,mobile nodes communicate with the main base station through wireless transmission,and from the base stations also through wireless transmission and master Base station communication;transmission layer consists of the main base station and underground fiber ring network:the main base station is responsible for the summary of information and calculate the current position of the underground rail locomotive in the coal mine,and transmit the ground server over the underground fiber ring network;the application layer is the monitoring center of the upper machine terminal,Not only receive the data uploaded by the main base station,but also be able to enter the task,and arrange the optimal path according to the task input.In order to meet the real-time and accuracy requirements of underground rail locomotive monitoring in coal mine,this paper selects UWB wireless communication technology with better transmission performance in coal mine underground environment,and on this basis selects the TDOA positioning algorithm with simpler structure design and better positioning accuracy,and calculates the distance difference by measuring the time difference between mobile nodes and each signal sent from the base station to the main base station,and establishes a hyperbolic model.Using the CHAN algorithm to solve the hyperbolic model,the CHAN algorithm is finally simulated to prove that the performance of the CHAN algorithm is better in reducing the NLOS error effect,which can meet the requirements of the positioning system.For the current situation of backward scheduling mode of underground rail locomotives in coal mines,this paper draws on the idea of group intelligent optimization algorithm,and uses a fruit fly optimization algorithm which combines cross-factor and analog annealing algorithm to solve the problem of track locomotive path planning in coal mine underground,which introduces cross-factor update individual position in genetic algorithm,and selects individuals to enter the next iteration according to the adaptability increment of analog annealing algorithm,thus retaining the parameters of fruit fly optimization algorithm,which is easy to adjust,high degree of information sharing,The advantages of strong adaptive ability and so on,and better solve the disadvantages of fruit fly algorithm precocious and low solution accuracy.Using this improved algorithm can not only improve the integrity of the scheduling system,but also reduce the transportation cost.Finally,the transmission performance test and function test are carried out on the monitoring and dispatching system of the underground rail locomotive in the coal mine.The results show that the performance of the underground rail locomotive monitoring and dispatching system in coal mine meets the design requirements,and the system configuration is reasonable,and it can realize the monitoring and dispatching of the underground rail locomotive in the coal mine,which has high theoretical and practical significance.Figure[49]Table[9]Reference[67]...
