High temperature alloys and other difficult processing materials used in the traditional process in China.Traditional craft processing capacity is insufficient,these factors have seriously restricted the application of high temperature alloy material difficult-to-machine materials,which requires the enterprise to seek more efficient process method such as special processing technology,satisfy the high temperature alloy hard processing material such as processing.The material of the turbo pump housing is a high temperature alloy material.The internal structure of the turbine cover is complex,the space angle of the nozzle is not conducive to the processing,and the machining precision is high.According to the long process time and the high Rejection rate of the tool,the efficiency of the nozzle is improved and the cost is saved.It is urgent to study the New processing technology.In order to solve the above problems,this paper mainly carried out the following design and research.(1)This paper based on XXX-XX nozzle turbine pump shell function structure analysis and expounds on its original process,using the method of brainstorming from man,machine,material,method of four aspects,studies the main factors influencing the efficiency of turbine nozzle cover processing,and determined the direction and countermeasures of technology improvement.(2)Based on the special processing technology,and processing of high efficiency for processing the characteristics of the materials without too much limitation.This paper choose the main directions of technological change in electrochemical machining.(3)For the electrochemical machining three inclined taper hole process requirement,design and manufacture of special electrolytic special jig,cathode,cathode connecting rod,such as equipment,based on spindle characteristics of electrolytic equipment design an effective method of electrochemical machining is find,guarantees the product production conditions.According to the related factors affecting electrochemical machining process,relevant equipment need to set the related processing parameters,develop qualified electrolytic machining allowance(profile machining gap),to ensure trial run smoothly.(4)After Specimen processing,use of three coordinates testing and measuring means such as cutting inspection validation involves in all kinds of parameters in the process of electrochemical machining,and to unreasonable parameters and process route accordingly.(5)Finally using the method of comparative study,the original processing plan and electrolytic machining quality and efficiency of processing scheme comparison,to determine the reasonable processing plan.
