Naphthalene is an important organic chemical raw material and has big demand in the market,because it has a wide range of uses,most used in the production of the fuel,the new used in recent years.The falling film crystallization method is one of the methods about refined naphthalene production.The process of energy control system is very important for the refined naphthalene production process about quality and yield.At present the technology both at home and abroad has been in a more active research and development.Therefore,energy control system of technology and application has the important theoretical and practical significance.Paper takes the refined naphthalene production line of tar processing project as the research background.Above all,it introduces the process of naphthalene production,technical parameters and the demand for control system,then it is analyzes research about the energy control system technology of falling film crystallization process.According to the technological characteristics of the research object,it descripts the automation systems,drive systems,structure of hardware,software and network,function block structure of energy system.And it focus for introduce the design and implementation of energy control system of naphthalene falling film crystallization.Finally,It use of the ECS-700 system to achieve heating control system and cooling control system,multi parameter setting in energy system temperature controller and preset opening control energy control valve.The conclusion of this study has been validated in the production site,with all of the requirement types of assessment are exceeded than the required technical specifications,which provides a reliable technical foundation for the enterprise to achieve good economic benefits.
