With the construction of the ra PID development of China's economy,as well as resource-saving and environment-friendly society,energy conservation has become adjusting the industrial structure and technological innovation important consideration.Textile printing and dyeing industry as a traditional industry,due to the low degree of industrial automation,enterprise technology innovation investment is not big enough,so that the production process of high energy consumption,high water consumption and high emissions is emerging.Major equipment after setting machine as a textile finishing stage,and it is the main equipment of energy consumption and pollution emissions.The main reason is that setting process parameters cannot be displayed in real time in the actual production process,the workers would be unable to operate in real-time understanding of the relevant process parameters rely on the feel of operating workers,vision and experience to determine the status of production and control.In order to make the production process visualization,automation products supplier in Europe take the lead in setting machine began developing online testing and control equipment.Because the price is very expensive,China's printing industry is dominated by SMEs,made their products relatively promotion difficult.Domestic manufacturers have developed similar products,but because of the later process,backward technology,products are bulky,detection and control are poor.Therefore,the study of stereotypes online monitoring and control system is significant.This paper is an in-depth study of the basis of stereotypes of the working process of the main parameters on the development setting machine parameters online monitoring and control system based on embedded system.RAPID small setting machine is set as a test platform in this paper.First,meaning and value of this research are learned about the detection method setting machine during operation of the main parameters analyzed,and then the detection method and control method setting process of main parameters conducted in-depth research,based on the actual situation,decided to S3c2440 chip as the main controller to the resistance measurement of fabric moisture to the fabric surface temperature measurement of infrared,zirconium dioxide sensor measures the exhaust humidity,photoelectric encoder measuring and setting machine speed exhaust fan speed to inverter-driven three-phase asynchronous motors,PID control algorithm to control the speed of the program.Under the program,the design of the hardware platform for each detection system,the physical signal into a voltage signal,sending the White controller A/D collection port,dates are collection.Software is based on the embedded system,developed setting machine parameters online monitoring and control system software program.Information is visualized,ease of operation is enhanced and design of the software A/D acquisition,software filtering,real-time display,curve display,communication and control routines are realized.Finally,in a laboratory environment designed for system hardware and software debugging.On the operation of the system is analyzed,designed system can effectively improve the visualization and operation of intelligent information to help improve the quality of textile products and energy saving.
