Xuan Paper,as the intangible cultural heritage of mankind,has the characteristics of white color,tough texture,fine texture and strong moistening,and is deeply loved by calligraphy enthusiasts.The quality of Xuan Paper not only affects people's artistic expression,but also relates to the survival and development of enterprises.The beating is an important stage of papermaking,which directly affects the quality of papermaking.Quality monitoring is an important way to ensure product quality.At present,in the monitoring of beating quality in enterprises,one is the sampling detection of beating freeness tester and fiber wet weight.This method has a long sampling period and can not effectively reflect the beating quality.Another method is to monitor the beating process parameters.Practice shows that even if the process parameters are kept in the normal range,the unqualified Xuan paper will be produced because of the beating that does not meet the quality requirement.The test of beating pulp in enterprises is unscientific and uncertainty at present.Based on the current situation of beating quality monitoring,this paper introduces soft-sensing technology and designs a Xuan paper beating quality detector.The quality inspection instrument has the functions of instrument calibration,instrument measurement,instrument display and quality early warning.It can scientifically and effectively monitor the beating quality of qualified or unqualified rice paper online and avoid producing unqualified rice paper.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Introduces the process of Xuan Paper manufacturing and beating process,and analyses the shortcomings in the monitoring based on the current situation of beating quality monitoring in enterprises.Based on this,the design of Xuan paper beating quality tester can accurately monitor whether beating quality is qualified or not,and achieve the purpose of online monitoring beating quality.(2)Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Pulping Quality of Xuan Paper.The breaking length and tearing index were selected as the indicators to measure the beating quality.The aim was to make the selection of the beating quality indicators scientific.Secondly,the modeling method of soft-sensing is introduced,and establish the soft-sensing model of BP neural network to predict the beating quality index.The parameters of BP network are optimized by using genetic algorithm optimization theory to increase the accuracy of measurement model.(3)Describes the basic process of establishing the soft-sensing model of Xuan Paper beating quality tester.The simulation results show that the soft-sensing model based on GA-BP neural network is better in predicting beating quality.Then,an example is used to verify the validity of the soft-sensing model of Xuan Paper beating quality tester.(4)Completes the hardware construction and software design of Xuan pulp beating quality tester,and develop and test the related functions of the quality tester.
