The injection molding machine is the main equipment for plastic processing.With the in-creasing demand for the quality of plastic products,the accuracy requirements for the motion control of injection molding machines are also constantly increasing.In order to promote the rapid development of the plastics industry,it is of great significance to study the motion control of injection molding machines.In this paper,a certain type of injection molding machine is taken as the research object,and the software and hardware platform of the control system is designed.The adaptive robust control algorithm based on model compensation is designed to improve the control performance on the injection molding machine and verified by experiments.First of all,the paper introduces the working principle of the injection molding machine,and transforms the embedded software and hardware platform for the control requirements on the injection molding machine.The overall control scheme of the control system is proposed,and the corresponding interface circuit is designed according to the functional module.The software development platform and the design process of the host computer interface are introduced.The actual operation shows that the developed control system runs reliably and meets the control re-quirements on the injection molding machine.Secondly,the dynamics modeling of the pump-controlled servo system of the injection mold-ing machine is carried out.The nonlinear dynamics such as parameter uncertainty and external disturbance existing in the system are analyzed.The model parameters of the system are calcu-lated according to the design drawings.Then the adaptive robust control algorithm is applied to the motion tracking control of injection molding machine.The high-order dynamics is decomposed based on the inversion method.An adaptive robust control algorithm with model compensation and parameter online adaptive function is designed.And theoretically proved that it has superior transient performance and steady state performance.Then the control algorithm is simulated based on Matlab/Simulink software platform,and the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm is verified.Finally,the reliability of the proposed adaptive robust control algorithm is verified by exper-iments.The contrast experiment is set up.Under the same control gain,the control performance of the three control algorithms of classical PID control,deterministic robust control(DRC)and adaptive robust control(ARC)without parameter adaptation is verified.The adaptive control al-gorithm is superior to the control algorithm in the motion tracking of the pump-controlled servo system of the injection molding machine.It shows that the proposed control algorithm has certain guiding significance for improving the control precision on the injection molding machine.
