Precise injection molding machine is one of the most important manufacturing equipment of National Revitalization Plan and also the inevitable trend of plastic industry development, electro-hydraulic control technology, the key technology, needs to be resolved to clear the way for its development.Relying on National Scientific and Technological Support Projects "Research of servo hydraulic transmission and control technology of electro-hydraulic precise plastic machine" , this paper combined technology of servomotor-driven pump with technology of electro-hydraulic proportional and developed a pressure and flow controller for a closed-loop electro-hydraulic proportional control system. The controller has high response speed, high reliability, low power consumption and other excellent performance.The content of this paper is arranged as follows:1. Discussed the development of injection molding machine industry and research situation of electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, introduced the working principle and characteristic of electro-hydraulic injection molding machine, presented the new type motor control unit, designed hydraulic system and chose the critical opponents.2. Established the mathematical model of injection system, including servomotor-driven pump, injection cylinder, injection load, and fuzzy controller, simulated the packing process of injection system. The result of simulation showed that fuzzy controller performed well, the tracking curve can accurately follow the giving packing pressure.3. Analyzed the needs of control system, designed and made control panel based on AduC841, including the analog input drivers, analog output drivers, communication interfaces, power supply circuits, etc, described the anti-jamming design method of hardware control pane, this panel has fast calculation speed, high reliability and has reserved some promotion space.4. Described the software architecture and the key issues of software design of fuzzy controller, introduced the software development environment and download debugging method, presented the experiment equipment and environment, collected the experiment data of packing process, injection block forwarding process, material storage process, the result of experiment showed that this fuzzy controller performed well in pressure and flow control of molding process, during the pressure packing process, hydraulic system had very low flow, the pressure can track the giving curve very well, the servomotor had very low rotation speed, the controller had great energy-saving effect.
