Oil shale is listed as an alternative energy source for traditional fossil energy in the 21st century.The oil shale reserves in the Jimsar area of XinJiang account for 17%of the national reserves,with an average oil content of 8%,which has a large development value,while China's oil shale research The hot spots are mainly concentrated in several mining areas in MaoMing,HuaDian and FuShun.Therefore,this paper takes the oil shale in the Jimsar area of XinJiang,China as the research object,and uses the aluminum bismuth experiment to conduct pyrolysis experiments on each sample.In order to improve the shale oil and shale gas yield,different doses of CoCl2·6H2O catalyst were added to the sample,and the samples were analyzed by thermogravimetry-mass spectrometry?TG-MS?and analyzed by mass spectrometry?GC-MS?.After the amount of catalyst was pyrolyzed,the composition of shale oil and shale gas changed,and the curve of the precipitation process of each gaseous product with temperature was obtained.The catalytic effect of CoCl2·6H2O was observed.The precipitation characteristics of typical gaseous products?CH4,CO2/C3H8,CO/C2H4,H2O,H2 and CnHm?with large precipitation during the whole pyrolysis process were analyzed.The effect of catalyst addition on pyrolysis process was studied.The results show:?1?CoCl2·6H2O has a good catalytic effect on the pyrolysis process of Jimsar oil shale and mineral salts.With the increase of catalyst addition,the quality of shale oil,shale gas and water continued to increase,the quality of shale semi-coke continued to decrease,and the decomposition temperature of mineral salt decreased.?2?Almost all of the precipitated product decreased with the increase of the catalyst,indicating that the addition of the catalyst changed the pyrolysis mechanism of the oil shale.After the addition of the catalyst,the amount of macromolecular material was increased,and the yield of the small molecule product detected by TG-MS was reduced.This is not to say that as the amount of catalyst added increases,all product yields decrease,and the optimum catalyst amount is 2%within our experimental range.As the amount of catalyst added increases,the content of aromatic hydrocarbons in shale oil continues to increase,and correspondingly,the content of alkanes and olefins continues to decrease.It is indicated that the catalyst increases the degree of aromatization of the shale oil,and the degree of aromatization increases as the amount of catalyst added increases.The shale gas components collected by several samples are mainly CO2,and the CO2 content is over 99.7%.It can be seen that CoCl2·6H2O has a good catalytic effect on the pyrolysis process of Jimsar oil shale,and has certain reference value for understanding the production of Jimsar shale oil.
