In this paper,the laboratory experiment,theoretical analysis and engineering field test were combined to analyze the failure mode of coal mass in elastic zone and plastic zone of two sides of roadway,and the loading path was designed at the laboratory scale,and two sensitive indexes of coal sample failure deformation,lateral strain gradient and volumetric strain gradient,were obtained.In this paper,lateral strain gradient and lateral strain increment are selected as early warning indexes,and fuzzy mathematics and analytic hierarchy process are used to comprehensively consider the influence degree of early warning indexes and elastic and plastic zone coal body on impact risk.The software of the FBG impact dangerous deformation monitoring system is developed,and the software and hardware of the FBG impact dangerous deformation monitoring system is tested in the laboratory.The feasibility and practical value of FBG impact deformation monitoring system are proved by engineering tests.
