In recent years,digital printing has gradually replaced traditional rotary screen printing due to its low cost,low pollution and strong convenience.However,with the increasing demand for production efficiency,scanning digital printing printers have gradually adopted.A faster printing system has become an urgent need of manufacturers.At the same time,the faster printing speed is often accompanied by more printing defects.How to develop a defect detection algorithm with high detection accuracy and fast detection has become an urgent problem to be solved.Therefore,this paper developed OnePass digital printing control and defect detection system on the smart camera platform.OnePass printer covers the entire printing width by fixing multiple nozzles at the same time,and the cloth can continuously move at high speed.The defect detection algorithm was developed on the platform to realize real-time detection of printing pattern defects,which has high engineering application value.The system is divided into two modules:digital printing and defect detection.The digital printing function realizes high-speed image data reception via Ethernet,and after a series of processing,it is sent to the nozzles responsible for different colors.The defect detection function extracts FAST corner feature and performs feature matching on the standard image and the image to be detected based on the image difference method.The algorithm transforms the feature matching process into a multi-classifieation problem,and uses the GPU to achieve parallel acceleration for each step of image processing,which greatly reduces the running time of the algorithm.Tests show that the OnePass printer can stably achieve high-speed printing of patterns at a running speed of 75 m/min,and can meet the alignment requirements of the front and back patterns;the defect detection algorithm runs about 400 ms,and the average detection rate of different defects can reach more than 97%.
