Oilfield water injection system is a large,closed fluid network system,generally buried in the underground 1~2m,covers an area of dozens or even hundreds of square kilometers.The water injection system is mainly composed of water injection station,water injection well and water injection pipe network.During the process of water injection,leakage accidents often occur in the pipe network,resulting in external leakage corroding the pipe network from the outside,widening the cracks in the pipe network,and seriously weakening the quality of the pipe network.Due to the operation characteristics of the water injection pipe network,it is difficult to build a quick response mechanism.In addition,it is known that after the pipe network leakage accident,it still needs to spend a lot of manpower and material resources to locate the leakage node,which causes a lot of water resources waste.In view of the above problems,this paper makes the following research:Diagnosis and calculation of leakage of water injection pipe network in oil field.Through statistical analysis,this paper puts forward a diagnosis method for leakage of water injection pipe network in oil field.In addition,in this paper,the linear regression algorithm is used to get the mapping relationship between the leakage amount and the leakage coefficient,and the initial calculation of the leakage amount is realized.Optimized layout of pressure monitoring points.In this paper,based on the principle of flow conservation,the overall flow equations of the pipe network are listed,and the nonlinear equations are solved by Newton method,so as to realize the pressure calculation of each node under the leakage condition of the pipe network.The sensitivity of each node was calculated according to the pressure of each node and integrated into the sensitivity matrix.The nodes are classified according to their sensitivity by the system clustering analysis algorithm,and the most representative nodes in each category are selected as pressure monitoring points to realize the optimal layout of pressure monitoring points.Leakage location model of water injection pipe network in oil field.Based on enumeration method and genetic algorithm,two kinds of leakage location models of oilfield water injection network are established in this paper.Among them,the leakage location model of oilfield water injection network based on enumeration method only takes the location of leakage as the decision variable,and locates the leakage node under the premise of known leakage quantity,which simplifies the complexity of model calculation.Based on the genetic algorithm,the leakage location model of oil field injection pipe network considers the influence of the leakage location on the calculation result of the leakage location,and takes the leakage location and the leakage location as the decision variables to search the fitness of the leakage location and the leakage location,so as to realize the location calculation of the leakage node.
