Enhanced photoluminescence in nanomaterials with the surface plasmon resonance of noble metal is always a hot topic in scientific researches,not only because the form of interaction is of great diversity,but also the involved fascinating mechanisms.To investigate the interaction mechanism between plasmonic metallic nanoparticles and fluorescent materials based on a hybrid structure consisting of Au-Ag alloy nanoparticles(ANPs)and conjugated polymer nanoparticles(CPNs),this thesis mainly studies the photoluminescence differences in plasmon enhanced CPNs@Polymer@ANPs hybrid structure with Sodium Hyaluronate(SH)and Polyethyleneimine(PEI).This thesis systematically introduces the optical characteristics,research progress and the applications of CPNs.It studies the optical characteristics of chemical method prepared ANPs,reprecipitation-synthesized conjugated polymer nanoparticles and CPNs@PoIymer@ANPs hybrid nanoparticles with core-shell structure,detailed research results are as follows:1.The effect of the concentration of MEH-PPVITHF on average particle size of CPNs is studied.By controlling the concentration,the particle size of CPNs can be controlled.In addition,the morphology and the optical characters of CPNs are explained and discussed.2.ANPs are crucial elements in surface plasmon resonance coupling.By employing a chemical method and changing the ration of Au and Ag in precursors as well as the reaction time,ANPs were successfully synthesized and surface plasmon resonance can be controlled with a perfect match of optical properties between ANPs and CPNs.In addition,the morphology and the optical character of ANPs are explored and discussed.1.The optical characteristics of CPNs@Polymer and CPNs@Polymer@ANPs are studied.Through simply stirring,two types of CPNs@Polymer were prepared.The result shows that in the CPNs@SH structure,the shell thickness is very large and decrease in photoluminescence is observed,while in the CPNs@PEI,structure,an enhancement in photoluminescence is observed and the shell thickness can be controlled within certain range.Based on the CPNs@Polymer structure,ANPs were then successfully adsorbed on CPNs@Polymer and hybrid structure CPNs@Polymer@ANPs was obtained.Characterization results suggests that the photoluminescence of CPNs@SH@ANPs shows small enhancement and clusters consist of ANPs are found on shell.In contrast,CPNs@PEI@ANPs shows a unique changing in photoluminescence,i.e.it firstly increases,then decreases,and finally keeps unchanged.
