Ni-SiC nanocomposite coating,Ni-P-PTFE nanocomposite coating,Ni-P-CNTs nanocomposite coating, and Ni-P-MoS2 nanocomposite coating were prepared by electrodeposition technique.Their structures, surface morphologies and tribological properties have been studied in depth, and the following conclusions have been drawn:?1?Ni-SiC nanocomposite coatings on the steel plate were prepared by magnetic assisted pulse electrodeposition. The experimental results showed that the nanocomposite coatings have good tribological properties and mechanical properties.?2?Ni-P composite coatings doped with polytetrafluoroethylene?PTFE?,carbon nanotubes?CNTs?and molybdenum disulfide?MoS2?solid lubricating particles on Aluminium alloy were prepared by electrodeposition method. The solid lubricant particle concentration, current density, solution pH and bath temperature were adjusted to obtain optimal preparation conditions. The structures, compositions and surface morphologies of the prepared nanocomposite coatings were characterized by SEM,EDS,AFM,XRD and other characterization methods. The experimental results showed that the addition of solid lubricating particles significantly changed the surface morphologies of the Ni-P composite.Ni-P-PTFE,Ni-P-CNTs and Ni-P-MoS2 nanocomposite coatings exhibited good tribological properties.Among them,Ni-P-CNTs and Ni-P-MoS2 nanocomposite coatings also presented good mechanical properties.?3?The corrosion resistance performance of the Ni-P-PTFE,Ni-P-CNTs and Ni-P-MoS2 three nanocomposite coatings were tested under simulated seawater conditions. The test results showed that the nanocomposite coating with the solid lubricating particles exhibited superior corrosion resistance than Ni-P coatings.
