A single-layer or multi-layer metallic coating is obtained by co-deposition of insoluble solid particles having a characteristic dimension below 100 nm to form a metallic nano-composite coating having a strengthening or composite property.Copper metal is widely used in industry and is a very good metal material.Therefore,in the copper-based nickel nanocomposite coating,adding a certain amount of nano-scale SiC,GR,CNTs particles not only maintains the good wear resistance of the copper-nickel composite coating itself,but also the multi-stage caused by the deposited nanoparticles.The pore structure allows it to have a certain hydrophobicity.This coating has high application value in today's industrial production.In this dissertation,Cu-Ni,Cu-Ni-SiC,Cu-Ni-SiC-GR and Cu-Ni-SiC-CNTs nanocomposite coatings were prepared by composite electrodeposition.When the coating was prepared by electrodeposition method,the influence of main process parameters such as current,temperature and nanoparticle concentration on the friction and wear properties of the coating was optimized by single factor orthogonal test.The multi-level morphology of the composite coating surface obtained under different conditions was Composition,tribology,contact angle,and binding force were tested and analyzed.Finally,a composite coating having both wear resistance and hydrophobicity was prepared under the optimum conditions.Four kinds of related nano-composite coatings of Cu-Ni,Cu-Ni-SiC,Cu-Ni-SiC/GR,Cu-Ni-SiC/CNTs prepared by this experiment,by polishing-ultrasonic-mechanical stirring-electrodeposition-surface The modified process was prepared.It was found that the Cu-Ni-SiC/GR coating had the best adhesion,reaching 14.2 N.The Cu-Ni-SiC/CNTs coating had the best hydrophobicity and the contact angle was up to 155°.It has a certain reference and application value.
