In our pursuit of a better life,gold and silver at the same time,the General Secretary Xi teaches us not forget the beautiful scenery,putting forward the concept of "a new era of environmental protection beautiful scenery is jinshanyinshan.The problem of water pollution,such as industrial wastewater and domestic sewage,needs further improvement,which requires further research and development of water pollution prevention and control technology.AnMBR technology is one of the important technology of wastewater treatment,assessment is more effective on the value to the research results in better protection of patent technology,the seller and the buyer can successfully deal patents help to build a more equitable trading market.This paper first gives a brief account of the domestic and foreign research status of the value assessment of the patent technology and the real option method based on the real option method.After that,the relevant basic concepts and theories were clarified.Then the existing methods of patent technology valuation are contrasted.The most suitable method is the income method,and the value of AnMBR technology is evaluated based on this method.After the establishment of a suitable AnMBR value evaluation parameter system,design the benefits,technology,market,legal and other aspects of the system factor,the expert scoring to each factor,AHP will affect the factor weights,the combination of the two indicators to calculate the weighted value,reaction AnMBR technology risk.Considering the risks and the option value of the AnMBR technology,constructed the evaluation model of AnMBR value of the real options method contains two parts based on the net present value model and binomial option pricing model,calculated by calculating the two models to assess the value of AnMBR technology.In this paper,in the sewage treatment technology AnMBR technology as an example,based on real option,compared to the existing assessment methods and results presented the assessment results of AnMBR technology options value method based on the expansion of the pricing factors of the original method,more in-depth consideration of risk to income,and provide some reference value for contribution the evaluation of patent technology.
