With the acceleration development of reform and opening up,China's project investment presents a large scale,high technical content,the characteristics of the investment from various sources and diversified financing channels.Project economic evaluation can help the enterprise managers make decisions,the importance of cognition by people.The correctness of the investment evaluation technology not only affects the project itself,and is very important to enterprise development.Oil refining project and as A useful refining market and the introduction of important projects of the group,the research of its economic evaluation is advantageous to the enterprise scientific decision-making,optimize the investment evaluation method,at the same time experience for future similar project economic evaluation to provide reference.First of all,This paper tells A refinery project to evaluate the research object,and summarizes relevant theories about project economic evaluation both at home and abroad and introduces the theoretical basis and application of real option method,reveal the advantage of real option method is A traditional evaluation method;Secondly,it describes in detail profiles and the expected economic situation of the project,provide the realistic foundation for evaluation of the paper respectively.On this basis,the paper combined with the feature of project evaluation for oil refining project of real option model is set up,on A refinery project economic evaluation,finally it is concluded that the value of the project is called the traditional evaluation methods,to provide useful group of project investment decision-making,make useful group to enhance market competitiveness,promote the improvement of the useful group project economic evaluation work.
