With the depletion of shallow coal resources,the level of mine exploitation is getting deeper and deeper.In the process of deep coal mining,soft rock roadway support has become a major technical problem,especially in the soft rock openwork roadway below the stress concentration zone caused by coal seam mining and affected by adjacent roadway construction.The deformation of surrounding rock is large.The roadway is extremely unstable.For this reason,the paper studies and analyzes the disturbance effect of this kind of roadway.The concentrated track roadway,concentrated belt conveyor main road and concentrated return air main road in the West Third Mining District of Dingji Coal Mine are located between the upper and lower coal seams,which are affected by the stress concentration zone caused by the partial mining of the overlying coal seam,especially the three roadways.The disturbance between the two sides during construction makes the stress distribution of the surrounding rock complicated and the stability of the roadway deteriorates.In this regard,this paper uses the combination of theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement to study this.Through theoretical analysis,the influence of excavation disturbance of adjacent roadway on surrounding rock stress is studied.The results show that the excavation of deep roadway not only affects the surrounding rock stress distribution of adjacent roadway,but also has its own surrounding rock stress distribution characteristics.The significant influence of the spacing of the roadway layout;the disturbance effect between adjacent roadways is analyzed,and the reasonable arrangement spacing of adjacent roadways is given.The FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to simulate the spatial position,horizontal spacing and construction disturbance of deep mine roadway.Considering the different spatial positions of the roadway between the upper and lower coal seams,different horizontal distances between adjacent roadways and different support schemes.Based on the simulation analysis,the optimal spatial relationship of the roadway group and the optimization design of the roadway support are proposed and applied to the field engineering practice.According to the application situation of the site engineering,the on-site monitoring program for the analysis of the disturbance effect of the roadway construction was formulated,and the disturbance analysis of the deep mine roadway group in the West Third Mining District of Dingji Coal Mine was monitored and analyzed.Through the actual monitoring of the project,the actual influence effect of the disturbing effect of the deep mine roadway group is analyzed and studied.Figure [59] table [16] reference [60]...
