As the anterior operation of coal mining,roadway excavation occupies an important position in coal production for large quantities and long construction period.With the increase of mine production scale and intensity,single roadway has been difficult to satisfy the needs of the mine safety production,so the development method of roadway group of two,three or even more has been increasingly popular.In deep mining,the excavation disturbance is larger and roadway maintenance problem is more serious.Therefore,studying on the influencing factors of excavation disturbance and control strategy for deep roadway group has extremely important realistic meaning.Based on the short-distance upward roadway group of Gubei mine of Huainan in this dissertation.Through the analysis of stress distribution in single roadway and twin-parallel roadways,research on the influencing factors of excavation disturbance in deep roadway group,and combined with the field monitoring for the support deformations of existing rock tunnel subjected to near tunnel excavating,Study the surrounding rock control countermeasures,the author of paper put forward surrounding rock control countermeasures of belt conveyor rise in strata of 6#.The main researching work and results are as follows:1)Analyzing the stress distribution in single roadway and twin-parallel roadways,expounding excavation disturbance and giving the calculating formula of reasonable distance between neighboring roadways.2)With the increase of spacing of roadways,the disturbance influence could then weaken.Under the uniform stress field,the distance of two adjacent roadways is same,the disturbance influence of horizontal distance and vertical distance is the same.3)Excavation sequence on the group of the whole stress distribution is affected,but for the same roadway,deformation of surrounding rock of roadway will be different when excavation sequence is different,first dig large distortion of roadway surrounding rock is larger.In the excavation of roadway groups,Excavation sequence should be in accordance with the requirements of the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway.4)After comprehensive tunneling method construction,digging roadway less disturbance on the first dig tunnel;When using in construction of drilling and blasting method,to produce dynamic stress in the surrounding rock of roadway,increase the possibility of a first digging roadway instability.Numerical analysis results show that the drilling and blasting method of digging tunnel face blasting test first help and the influence of the roof is significant,and wave grows to the deformation of surrounding rock.5)In the excavation process of return air lane,in return air base of tape on the mountain and up the hill excavation disturbance degree field measurement analysis,greatly influenced by the adhesive tape on the mountain.According to the situation by excavation disturbance,and with reference to the existing support scheme under the actual situation of the roadway deformation.Test section of roadway mine pressure observation results show that the support scheme effectively control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock,meet the requirements of the mine safety production.
