Hydraulic support,as one of the main equipment in coal mining,is the guarantee of high production and high efficiency in coal mine.The Hydraulic Support Test-bed provides a platform for the factory inspection and various project tests of the support,mainly for the hydraulic support performance,strength,sealing and other factory inspection project test.At present,most of the test benches developed by enterprises are used to meet the needs of factory inspection of brackets and are simple in structure.In the aspect of measurement and control system,the traditional control mode is mostly adopted,lacking the function of automatic control and data processing in the test process,and the function of the test-bed can not be brought into full play.Therefore,it is necessary to design a new type of hydraulic support test-bed.Based on the study of the national standards,the design objectives and main technical indicators of the Hydraulic Support Test-bed are given at first.That is to say,the three-beam and Four-column Hydraulic Support Test-bed with maximum bearing capacity of 26 000 KN was designed,and the main structure design of the test-bed was completed,including the top beam design,the upper platform design,the column design and the base design,and the virtual assembly of the test-bed was completed.Then the control system of hydraulic support test-bed is designed,which is mainly composed of oil control system,emulsification control system and electrical measurement and control system.Among them,the oil control system mainly realizes the main engine action of the test bed,such as raising,positioning and adjusting,and the emulsification control system controls the hydraulic support of the test subjects and completes the project test specified in the standard with the electric measurement and control system.It can initially meet the technical requirements of the test standards for the ex-factory test of hydraulic support,and can basically realize the automatic collection and processing of test data,the automatic control of test action and the automation of test process,thus completing the test contents needed by enterprises to develop hydraulic support.The three-dimensional geometric model of the test-bed is built by Solidworks software,and the stress and displacement nephograms of the test-bed under different loading modes are obtained by ANSYS software.The maximum stress of the test bench is within the yield limit of the material under the conditions of torsional loading of the base under eccentric loading of the top beam,concentrated loading at both ends of the base under eccentric loading of the top beam and concentrated loading at both ends of the base under torsional loading of the top beam,so as to meet the strength requirements of the material.However,under the torsional loading of the top beam and the base,the stress concentration occurs at the torsion of the movable beam and the maximum stress value is 560.64 MPa,which exceeds the yield limit of the material.Therefore,the structure of the movable beam of the test-bed is optimized,and the internal stiffeners of the test-bed are thickened by 10 mm.After the structure optimization,the stress of the movable beam falls within the yield limit of the material,thus meeting the strength requirements.The displacement of the moving beam is reduced from 2.42 mm to 1.65 mm,which increases the overall stiffness of the test bed.
