Experiment is the sole criterion to test the performance of rotary steerable drilling tools.In order to solve the problems of rotary steerable drilling tool field test,long research and development cycle,and difficult to collect test parameters,it is necessary to design a reasonable test bench for rotary steering drilling tool.This paper takes the rotary steerable drilling tool test bench of Xi'an Shiyou University as the research object,its electro-hydraulic control system was designed,and the feasibility of the electro-hydraulic control system was verified.The main research contents are as follows:First,to design the power system of the test bench.According to the design requirements of the test bench and the main functions of the mechanical components,the power system of the test bed was designed.This dynamical system consists of the rotating coat driving system,the weight on bit analog system,the reactive torque analog system and the electrical control system and so on.The parameters of the main components of the power system were calculated,and the models of the main components were determined.Secondly,the performance of the rotating coat driving system of the test bench was analyzed.The mathematical model of the rotating coat driving system of the test bench was established,and the stability of the system was verified.The dynamic simulation of the system was carried out by MATLAB /Simulink,and the simulation results showed that under the control of PID,the system can respond quickly and reach a stable state when there was no load or random load interference,which meets the design requirements of the rotating coat drive system of the test bench.Thirdly,the performance of the bit pressure analog system of the test bench was analyzed.AMESim and MATLAB /Simulink were used to build the co-simulation model of the bit pressure analog system,and the fuzzy adaptive PID controller was designed.The dynamic characteristics,frequency response and simulation error of the bit pressure analog system were simulated and analyzed.The simulation results showed that the bit pressure analog system has small oscillation,fast response speed and small simulation error,which meets the design requirements of the bit pressure analog system.Finally,the electro-hydraulic control system of the test bench was designed.The hardware and software of the electro-hydraulic control system waw designed,and the required I/O port resources was configured,and used STEP 7 software to write the PLC control program.In order to verify the feasibility of the electro-hydraulic control system of the test bench,the control program was simulated by S7-200 PLC simulation software.The simulation results showed that the electro-hydraulic control system of the test bench can be started and run normally,and the precise control of the electro-hydraulic control system of the test bench was realized.
