Research On Rotary Impact Single Pneumatic Roof Bolt Drilling Machine

Single pneumatic roof bolt drill occupies an important position in bolt support.With the increasing pursuit of high efficiency in coal mining,rapid anchorage has become the pursuit of enterprises.Therefore,improving the current single pneumatic roof bolt drilling rig has become a problem that must be solved.MQT series single pneumatic roof bolter drills rocks with hardness less than f8.Drilling rocks with hardness greater than F8 will cause the drilling speed of drilling rig to decline.In order to solve this problem,the author studied the design of rotary impact single bolt drill.It was found that the combined operation of rotary cutting rock and impact crushing rock could enlarge the hardness drilling range of bolt drill,but all kinds of rotary impact single bolt drills had their own shortcomings.Therefore,on this basis,a rotary impact single pneumatic roof bolter was designed.Aiming at the designed bolt drill,the performance of the bolt drill under different hardness rock conditions was explored.The rotating mechanism and impact mechanism of bolt drill were analyzed by using finite element software ADMAS and ANSYS Workbench.Torque vibration analysis of gear transmission system of rotating mechanism showed that with the increase of load,the vibration became stronger,which led to the worse stability of the bolt drill and affected the drilling efficiency of the bolt drill,and the drilling efficiency of bolt drill is affected.The fatigue analysis of the spindle in the impact mechanism showed that the weakness of the spindle was still within the standard range at the tail of the drill pipe installation on the spindle.The theoretical reference is provided for the design of rotary percussive single pneumatic roof bolt drilling rig,which is used to improve the working efficiency of bolt drilling rig and the range of drilling rock hardness,through the study of practical problems,the analysis of the improved design of bolt drilling rig,and the study of the rationality of the design of bolt drilling rig by using finite element software.Figure[39] table[2] reference[54]...
