| With the contradiction between economic development and environmental protection increasingly prominent,green development has become an inevitable choice for industrial development in all countries of the world.Under the new normal of economic development,industrial development in fujian province is in the important stages of structural transformation and upgrading and power shifting,and at the same time facing the important task of national energy saving and emission reduction and ecological province construction.How to realize the "win-win"between industrial transformation and environmental protection has become a dilemma for the sustained development of Fujian's industry.Ecological efficiency is an important index to measure the coordinated development of industry and environment,and to promote industrial ecological efficiency is the key to promote green development.Therefore,i Improving the industrial ecological efficiency of Fujian Province is of great theoretical value and practical significance to realize the coordinated development of industry and environment in the province,to construct the ecological civilization demonstration zone and to build "fresh Fujian".This paper takes nine cities of Fujian Province as the research object and takes the industrial ecological efficiency as the main line of study.Firstly,based on the deficiency of traditional DEA,the SBM industrial eco-efficiency evaluation model based on undesired output and the dynamic evaluation model based on Malmquist-Luenberger index were constructed.Secondly,the static evaluation and dynamic decomposition of industrial ecological efficiency in Fujian Province from 2006 to 2016 are carried out,and the convergence of industrial ecological efficiency in Fujian Province is tested by using convergence and absolute convergence models.At the same time,on the basis of analyzing the mechanism of influencing factors of industrial ecological efficiency,Tobit panel regression analysis model is constructed to carry out empirical research on the influencing factors of industrial ecological efficiency in Fujian Province.Finally,according to the conclusions of empirical research,the paper put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote industrial ecology efficiency of fujian province from the level of industrial structure,technological innovation and opening to the outside world,environmental governance and regional development.The results show that:(1)The overall level of industrial eco-efficiency in Fujian Province is not high,and significant differences in industrial eco-efficiency across regions.From the perspective of spatial layout,industrial ecological efficiency of Fujian province show obviously decreasing pattern from the "coastal and inland".(2)Technological progress has a significant effect on the improvement of industrial eco-efficiency in Fujian Province;While industrial production of most of the cities has not yet reached the optimal production scale,which restricts the improvement of its industrial eco-efficiency.(3)the conclusion can be drew from con convergence analysis that coastal area,inland area and the province's industrial ecological efficiency show trend of convergence trend during the years,namely the gap in industrial eco-efficiency between regions is gradually reduceing.(4)The level of urbanization,the level of opening to the outside world,and the strength of R&D have a significant positive correlation with the industrial eco-effciency of Fujian Province,among which the level of urbanization has the most significant effect on industrial eco-efficiency.However,there is a significant negative correlation between industrial structure and industrial eco-efficiency,and there is no clear relationship between environmental regulation,per capita GDP,and industrial eco-efficiency. |
