| As a clean energy source,coalbed methane has been listed as a realistic alternative resource for natural gas.China’s coalbed methane resources are very rich,and its reserves rank third in the world.How to carry out technological innovation and accelerate the pace of coalbed methane mining according to the special resource occurrence conditions of coalbed methane in China has become a research hotspot in the field of coalbed methane mining.The key to the innovation of coalbed methane mining technology is the identification of technical opportunities for coalbed methane mining.With the intensification of market competition,technology opportunity identification,as a key link in enterprise technology innovation,has become the core of the technology innovation development strategy of coalbed methane mining enterprises.In order to identify the optimal technical opportunities of CBM mining enterprises,this paper comprehensively considers the randomness of technical opportunity evaluation indicators,the life cycle of technical opportunities,the availability of patent resources,and other factors,choose CiteSpace,technology life cycle theory.Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA)and Stochastic Multi-objectives Acceptability Analysis(SMAA)are used to construct a coalbed methane mining technology opportunity identification model.Through the above research to achieve accurate identification of the optimal technical opportunities for coalbed methane mining enterprises.The main research contents are as follows:First,The SMAA method was improved using the DEA method.The potential technical opportunity evaluation index of coalbed methane mining has many influencing factors and the weight is difficult to determine.To solve this problem,the value function in the DEA method is used to replace the utility function in the SMAA method,which effectively reduces the impact of the randomness of the evaluation index on the decision problem.Second,The identification model of coalbed methane mining technology opportunity is constructed.Starting from literature and patents,CiteSpace is used to extract keywords and hotspot research directions as alternative technology opportunities,and to use technology life cycle theory to screen alternative technology opportunities.On this basis,the influencing factors are selected and the improved SMAA method is used to calculate the acceptability,confidence and efficiency of each technical opportunity,and then the optimal technical opportunities for CBM mining enterprises are obtained.At last,A case study was conducted with H coalbed methane company as an example.Using the coalbed methane mining technology opportunity identification model constructed above,the H coalbed methane company was identified as a CBM mining technology opportunity.First,select the core collection of Web of Science,CNKI full-text database,CNIPR patent information service platform,2000-2018 academic papers and patent documents in the field of coalbed methane mining technology,use CiteSpace software to cluster to obtain technical opportunities;then combine technology life The cycle theory and the improved SMAA method are used to calculate the acceptability,confidence and efficiency of each technical opportunity.Finally,by comparing the results of the operation,the optimal technical opportunities for coalbed methane mining enterprises are selected.The research shows that the value function of the DEA method is introduced into the SMAA method to improve the coalbed methane mining technology opportunity recognition model based on CiteSpace and technology life cycle theory,which can not only reduce the impact of randomness of evaluation indicators on decision objectives.Moreover,it can quickly and accurately identify coalbed methane mining technology opportunities,provide decision-making advice for CBM mining enterprises,guide the specific innovation process of enterprises,and improve the efficiency of technology research and development. |
