Firstly,this paper briefly reviews the reservoir conditions and ignition technology of D66 block.By comparing the reservoir conditions of D66 block with those of other oilfields using fire flood,it is found that the main factors leading to poor ignition effect in D66 block are thin and numerous single reservoirs,strong reservoir heterogeneity and poor thermal accumulation effect.By comparing ignition technology,it is found that chemical ignition method is suitable for ignition of D66 block.Through static indoor experiments,it is found that the chemical igniter system used in the experiment can increase the oxygen utilization rate by more than 20% at 65 ?,it shows that chemical igniter can raise the temperature of crude oil by increasing oxygen utilization ratio at65? and the potassium permanganate igniter system has the best effect on increasing the oxygen utilization rate under experimental conditions;the chemical igniter can raise the temperature of D66 crude oil by the chemical reaction heat above 120 ?,and with the increase of experimental temperature the thermal effect of each igniter is also better,the ignition agent of potassium chlorate system has the best thermal effect under experimental conditions.Catalyst Ni Cl2 has a certain catalytic effect on low temperature oxidation of D66 crude oil above 150 ?,and the igniter system of Ni Cl2 and potassium permanganate shows a good synergistic effect.The composition and rheology of D66 crude oil before and after reaction were analyzed.It was found that chemical igniter could improve the properties of D66 crude oil after reaction.The effect of chemical igniter on improving the properties of crude oil was more obvious with the increase of experimental temperature.Under laboratory conditions,Ni Cl2 has obvious catalytic effect on the upgrading of D66 crude oil when the experimental temperature is above150 ?,and the potassium permanganate + Ni system has the best effect on improving the properties of crude oil after reaction.
