Over the years,The coal resources have been playing a key role in the development of China's modern economic system,it is also an indispensable resource for modern industry.Coal mines in Lianghuai area are deeply buried,and deep mining is difficult.The problem of roof breakage caused by faults in fully mechanized mining face is one of them.Therefore,based on the engineering background of the ?317 fully mechanized mining face in the eastern well of Shuoshi Mine,Huaibei Mining Group,Anhui Province,this paper has important theoretical and practical significance to study the roof fracture of the fully mechanized mining face across fault zone.Based on the engineering background of the ?317 fully mechanized mining face in the eastern well of Shuoshi Mine,Huaibei Mining Group,Anhui Province,aiming at the problem of roof breakage in the fault zone of fully mechanized mining face,this paper analyzed the reinforcement mechanism of two common grouting materials,chemical grouting and ordinary cement grouting,represented by malisan,and combined with the actual situation on the spot,selected reasonable grouting material,and drew up"pre-grouting+wire rope".The combined reinforcement technology is used as the support scheme of roof crushing problem in ?317 working face.On the support mechanism of roadway,the grouting material used in this scheme has bonding and reinforcing effect on broken rock mass,filling effect to a certain extent,and the steel wire rope has suture effect on broken rock mass,which shows the effectiveness of the established scheme to reinforce broken roof of ?317 working face.At the same time,ABAQUS numerical simulation software is used to model and analyze the ?317 working face,and the mining is compared.The stress and deformation distribution of the roadway with the combined reinforcement technology of "pre-grouting+steel wire rope" once again verifies the scientificity and reliability of the established scheme.Finally,combined with the theoretical and numerical simulation analysis results,the support scheme is formulated and implemented in accordance with the actual situation of ?317 working face,and the field observation of the face advance after the reinforcement operation of ?317 working face is completed,in order to verify the effectiveness of the support scheme.The results show that the reinforcement scheme is effective,no roof safety accidents such as roadway roof fall and sheet slope occurred during the mining period,and the broken roof of ?317 working face has been effectively controlled.This successful case not only provides valuable experience for other coal mines,but also has important engineering significance and value.Figure 47 table 7 references 62...
