At present,oil and gas exploitation is developing towards deeper land.The increase of drilling depth puts forward new requirements for drilling and production equipment,so super large caliber turntable is needed.In this paper,a real-time measuring system for the torque of super-large caliber turntable is designed according to the working characteristics of the new super-large caliber turntable.The transmission scheme design,test system design,anti-jamming design and anti-jamming capability quantitative analysis are mainly carried out.Firstly,three different transmission schemes of super-large diameter turntable are designed:one is traditional single-fast-axis turntable,the other is double-fast-axis turntable,and the third is 4 hydraulic motor turntable.It is concluded that the third scheme can transfer larger torque,which is more in line with the requirements than the first two schemes.Secondly,the sensor layout and design are completed according to the transmission scheme.With the help of Proteus,Multisim,Visual C++,keil and other software,the signal conditioning circuit,signal transmitting and receiving circuit are designed,and the real-time torque analysis system is built with C language program.Finally,the real-time test system is built by combining all parts.The precision of the real-time test system is 0.5 and the response time is 0.21 Ms.Finally,the interference sources in the test site are analyzed,and the anti-interference design is focused on the common impedance interference and electromagnetic radiation interference.Mathematical analysis model was established,and quantitative measurement index of filtering ability was deduced by analogy purification formula.The filtering ability of the filter circuit for clutter with 750 Hz difference from its cut-off frequency can reach 72.97%.Therefore,the designed real-time testing system can realize the real-time measurement and display of the torque of the rotary table,and can effectively prevent the common impedance interference and the spatial cluttered electromagnetic radiation interference.
