With the application of oil drilling tool extending to the deep sea and deep ground,real-time data transmission technology becomes an urgent necessity.When the continuous wave pulse generator is running continuously under the well,the fluctuation of rotation speed will exist.Research on one kind of torque loading platform has been carried out,which is used to simulate the actual force of continuous mud pulse generator while drilling,and to improve the performance and control precision of the continuous mud pulse generator.For the problem of design of torque loading platform.Firstly,a brief introduction of the fundamental principle of the continuous mud pulse generator was introduced in the first section of this thesis;the research status of the torque-loading platform was presented,and choose the electrical loading system as the scheme.The detailed designing process of torque loading platform was introduced,which include the specific parameters of the principle components,such as DC torque motor,motor drive and torque sensor.In view of the problem of hydraulic torque deviation,torque loading platform software system is designed according to the communication protocol of the motor drive to realize the load function of offset sine torque.In order to solve the problem of the disturbance of hydraulic torque to continuous wave pulse generator,the paper from the point of view of computational fluid dynamics,the variation law of hydraulic torque of continuous wave mud pulse valve is analyzed;SolidWorks is used to construct the model of continuous mud pulse generator,while FLUENT is applied to simulate the characteristics of drilling flow.Thus,the relationship between the hydraulic torque and the rotation angle of the rotors is obtained,which is the theoretical basis for the simulation of hydraulic torque.Aiming at the actual loading performance of torque loading platform,the overall mathematical model is constructed and simulated with MATLAB/ Simulink software.The feed-forward control strategy is adopted to restrain the extraneous torque effect on the torque-loading platform.And in order to improve the dynamic performance of torque loading platform,a two-order Linear Active Disturbance Rejection Control(LADRC)as the control algorithm is used,model simulation provides theoretical guidance for the control and improvement of torque loading platform.The torque produced by torque loading platform keeps consistent with the simulated hydraulic torque.Thus,it concludes that the torque-loading platform could generate appropriate torque loading upon the continuous wave pulse generator.
