Research On Calibration System And Application Of Dynamic Fluid Level Monitor For Oil Well

The monitor of dynamic liquid level for oil well is an important intelligent instrument used in the oil field for monitoring the dynamic liquid level data.With the continuous development of the dynamic liquid level monitor instrument,petroleum-related instrument companies have higher requirements for automatic calibration methods.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the calibration system of the dynamic liquid level monitor.Based on the characteristics of current production and calibration of hydrodynamic monitors,this paper analyzed the status of oil well level monitor calibration,combining the monitoring principle and monitoring process of dynamic liquid monitors,and determined the requirements and related requirements of instrument calibration systems.The verification standard uses the ARM-based lower computer embedded system and the host computer software to build a calibration system to achieve the calibration of the monitor.In hardware,the hardware circuit of the embedded system of the lower computer is designed by using STM32,its peripheral circuit,power supply circuit,waveform standard source output circuit,signal detection circuit and communication circuit.In software,the embedded program is developed through the Keil MDK development environment,including the standard source output of the instrument,various function detection,parameter modification and reading,and the sending of the verification result to the upper computer software;the Qt Creator integrated development environment is used for calibration system.The system software development of the system is tested to realize the functions of setting the instrument parameters,receiving the uploaded verification results,displaying the results and parameters,and calculating the error.The oil well dynamic liquid level monitor calibration system has been proved by practical application,and the system realizes functions such as function verification,measurement indication verification,result display and error calculation.Satisfying the calibration requirements of the liquid level monitor,it plays an important role in reducing the verification cost,improving the calibration efficiency,and has a high application value.
