Livestock husbandry is an important part of agriculture.The output value of animal husbandry accounts for the proportion of agricultural output value is an important indicator to measure the degree of agricultural development in a country.The output value of animal husbandry in developed countries accounts for more than 50% of agricultural output value,and China only accounts for about 30%,the development potential of animal husbandry is huge.Since the party's 18 th National Congress,achievements in the construction of ecological civilization have gradually emerged,and the concept of green development has gained deep roots in the hearts of the people.The harmonious coexistence between man and nature and the deepening of structural reforms in the agricultural supply side are an important starting point for realizing the revitalization of rural strategies.This raises new and higher requirements for the development of animal husbandry and solves the growing problems of livestock and poultry farming pollution and ecological environment protection.The prominent contradictions are imminent.T City is a traditional breeding city and has a good foundation for the development of dairy cows,pigs and poultry.The genetic resources of livestock and poultry are abundant and the scale is high.The development space and potential are huge.However,with the rapid development of large-scale livestock and poultry breeding,the impact of livestock and poultry manure on the ecological environment protection has become increasingly prominent.The contradiction between the layout structure is not optimized,the awareness of environmental protection is weak,and the livestock and poultry manure treatment and utilization are not matched.Therefore,this paper takes T City as an example to study the management of livestock and poultry manure.Through the literature data method,the research status of the academic field and management field of livestock and poultry pollution control at domestic and abroad is systematically expounded,in order to provide readers with a clear technical system and management policy framework.This paper reviews the literature on environmental carrying capacity theory and externality theory,and analyzes the intrinsic relationship between the twotheories and livestock manure.The related concepts of large-scale farming,aquaculture waste,and breeding stench are introduced in detail.Scientifically analyzed the adverse effects of livestock and poultry manure on water,soil,air,crops and human health,in order to enhance the readers' rational understanding of livestock manure.The main reasons are the rapid growth rate of breeding,unreasonable layout,unoptimized structure,disjointed planting and breeding,poor environmental awareness of farmer households,insufficient pollution control funds,and lack of policies,supervision,and technology.Through in-depth interviews,field research,and case analysis methods,visit local animal husbandry departments to understand local livestock and poultry farming conditions and related policies and funding.Go to three livestock and poultry breeding counties in X City,F City and N County in T area,and investigate the dairy manure management mode of T City Aoya Modern Ranch and F City Xinbaili Dairy Breeding Professional Cooperative,F City and Ruifeng,N City Zhengda Pig Breeding Company's pig manure management mode,X City Hongcheng livestock and poultry breeding cooperatives meat duck manure pollution control mode,F City Taoyuan Town livestock and poultry manure resources comprehensive recycling model,to provide readers with different animals in T City Reference for reference to the model of manure management.Through the system analysis method,objectively analyze the existing laws,regulations,policies and systems in China,and analyze the problems and difficulties in the management of livestock and poultry manure.Through the above literature research,case models,policies and regulations,and analysis of the causes of pollution,the five principles of large-scale aquaculture pollution prevention and control suitable for T City are proposed.And from the industrial layout optimization,planting and breeding,ecological recycling,clean production,cultivation of manure control main body,promotion of moderate scale management,security production and other areas to propose T City scale livestock and poultry breeding prevention and control measures,in order to T City animal husbandry green healthy development Provide a theoretical reference for the recycling of livestock and poultry manure resources.
