At present,the technical level of tea processing equipment in China is not high,especially the tea processing equipment in the north is relatively backward.Traditional tea processing equipment is not suitable for the characteristics of thick leaves in the north.The existing twisting machine has low automation level,high labor cost and low working efficiency.Aiming at the above problems,the optimal design,simulation analysis and processing test of the kneading machine are carried out to improve the performance.The automation level of tea production equipment in North China is of great significance.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The whole structure of the production line is designed.The overall design scheme of the whole production line is put forward,and the structure of the whole production line is determined by connecting the green killing,rolling and drying machines with the conveyor mechanism.The structure and working principle of each part of the whole production line are introduced in detail,and the specific technical parameters of the tea production line are established,which provides an important basis for the production and processing of the whole production line.According to.(2)The main structure of the kneader was optimized.Pressure mechanism: using alternating current motor to provide power instead of manual,using Hall switch to calibrate the position of pressure cover,not only improves safety,but also realizes the control of pressure size;Rolling plate: The influence of concave inclination angle and prism of rolling plate on tea movement law is analyzed,aiming at the characteristics of thicker leaves of northern tea,through repeated tests,according to the test knot.The optimum value is obtained.The concave inclination angle of the kneading plate is 6 degrees,the number of prisms is 14,the width of the small end surface is 8 mm,the height of the small end surface is 6 mm,the width of the large end surface is 12 mm,and the height of the large end surface is 9 mm.Material mechanism: AC motor is used to provide power,gear rack mechanism is used to control the opening and closing of discharging disc,and two stroke switches are used to limit the position of rack,so as to control the opening and closing degree of discharging disc.(3)Kinematics simulation with ADAMS software proves that the dimension design of the kneading mechanism meets the design requirements;finite element analysis of the arm is carried out based on ANSYS software,and the analysis results are processed,which proves that the strength of the arm can meet the actual production requirements.(4)The processing of the prototype was completed,and the typical representative of Rizhao green tea in northern tea was selected to carry out the tea rolling test.All the indexes of the experimental results met the standard requirements.
