As an important economic industry in China,tobacco is an important source of revenue.YWith the realization of the target of "two over trillions" of the total tax and industrial and commercial profits and the total amount of the fiscal surrender of tobacco in 2015,the consumption of cigarettes has been decreasing and the social inventory has increased in recent years,which has slowed down the growth rate of the industry and entered a stable development period.As the core competitiveness of tobacco industry enterprises,with the slow growth of the industry,the competition between enterprises has changed from the competition of a single product to the competition between enterprises'lean management level and industrial chain.With the development of logistics entity construction in tobacco industry,the improvement of tobacco logistics level in tobacco industry enterprises is not only the need to achieve the "top level of cigarettes",but also the need to ensure the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.In the past,industrial enterprises received cigarette sales orders from commercial companies,and delivered cigarettes on time,according to the requirements of commercial companies.As commercial companies spread all over the provinces,cities and counties,cigarette logistics often has high distribution costs,low efficiency,waste and other phenomena.Under the background of vigorously promoting lean management in the industry,logistics as the "third profit source of enterprises",how to improve the efficiency of cigarette logistics distribution,reduce transportation costs,improve resource utilization,is an important issue to achieve cost reduction and efficiency.According to the present situation of tobacco industry enterprise logistics and the characteristics of cigarette logistics distribution,this paper studies the cigarette logistics order pooling and vehicle intelligent route allocation.Firstly,this paper classifies and analyzes the existing cigarette logistics carpooling problem,and then analyzes the basic idea,performance and applicability of the traditional algorithm for solving the vehicle routing problem.On this basis,a heuristic algorithm based on large data and genetic algorithm is proposed to solve the problem.The problem of thinking.Through the design and implementation of the system,support tobacco industry enterprises to achieve"visible,clear,controllable,far away"modern logistics obj ectives.
