This paper is based on the scientific and technological project of the Yunnan Provincial Highway Technology Research Institute,"Research on the durability of hot-melt pavement marking paint".Optimize the formulation of hot-melt marking paint by studying the hot-melt marking raw materials.Raw material screening,selection of resin,titanium dioxide,quartz stone,glass beads,heavy calcium powder,DOP and other additives for hot melt marking paint formulation.The orthogonal test and analysis results of raw materials obtained the comprehensive optimal formula and the following conclusions: the effect of titanium dioxide content on compressive strength and wear resistance is not significant.The resin content is the main factor of compressive strength index and is the wear resistance index.The secondary factor,which indicates that the compressive strength of the resin is significantly affected,and the change in wear resistance is not affected by other materials.The glass bead content is a secondary factor of compressive strength and is the main factor of wear resistance;the sand powder ratio is a secondary factor of compressive strength and is a major factor of wear resistance.Through comparison with similar products on the market,through basic performance and unconventional environmental test and analysis: Optimized ratio of hot-melt marking paint has certain advantages in softening point,compressive strength,wear resistance and other indicators..The brightness factor is better than the other two hot melt coatings on the market.The ratio optimization is carried out under the condition that the original materials are unchanged.Although the price is higher than the general coating in the market,the pavement performance is obviously better than that of the general coating,and only about half of the new two-component coating.It plays a role in resource conservation and road maintenance operations.
